About the Role
We are seeking a Founding AI/ML Engineer to join our early-stage team and play a critical role in building and scaling the intelligence behind our platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership and shape the AI strategy, model architecture, and data-driven capabilities from the ground up.
As a core member of the engineering team, you will design and develop machine learning models, build AI-powered evaluation systems, and integrate intelligent features into real-time coding environments. Your work will directly impact how engineers are assessed, scored, and matched to opportunities.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered features. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning along with experience integrating AI into scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for candidate evaluation, scoring, and recommendation systems
Build and optimize NLP models and LLM-based workflows for code analysis, assessment generation, and feedback systems
Develop data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering
Integrate ML models into production systems using APIs and microservices architecture
Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models and large language models (LLMs)
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, validation techniques, and experimentation frameworks
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI features into frontend and backend systems
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of ML systems
Implement monitoring, logging, and model retraining pipelines
Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative AI technologies
Maintain technical documentation for models, datasets, and pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
0–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles
Strong proficiency in:
Python
Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with:
NLP and deep learning models
LLMs and prompt engineering
Knowledge of:
Data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Experience building:
ML pipelines and deploying models in production
Familiarity with:
REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
Knowledge of:
MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
Experience with:
Real-time data processing and streaming systems
Exposure to:
AI-driven developer tools or coding platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
